Is this HUDC privatised in 2017 or it is still co-own by Ministry of Finance?

If it is not privatised, how long will it take to privatise and possible to have en block potential? Any advise is appreciated

All HUDC already being Privatised. There is no more HUDC in the market.

There is a major objection in the neighbor for en bloc. Go talk to any owner there. or your neighbor if you happen to stay there.
